Yes - everything is online and delivered through the BKY Coaching app, WhatsApp, and live group calls. You’ll have everything you need in your pocket, including training plans, check-ins, recipe access, and messaging support.

While this is a group programme, you will get personalised coaching via WhatsApp check-ins, support inside the group chat and live “hot seat” coaching in our group calls. You won’t be lost in the crowd - I see you.
However if you’re looking for a much more hands-on 1:1 coaching approach to specifically work towards bigger goals / performance goals or race / struggle a lot more with nutrition (specifically with disordered views around food) then my Premium 1:1 coaching would probably suit you better - you can apply HERE. -
