  • In short, we can. However, we believe it’s more important that we work together on creating a balance of foods you love in a way that will help you hit your goals. For us, it’s not about telling you what to eat, or when, but helping guide and educate you to have the knowledge and freedom with food and your nutrition.

    Your nutrition and how we work together on your nutrition (whether this be via a meal plan, tracking calories, taking photos, food diaries or taking a “rule of hand” approach) will be discussed in your consultation and onboarding calls to ensure that you feel comfortable with the methods.

    We will never enforce you to work with a method that you do not feel comfortable with.

  • This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. We create you a bespoke training programme depending on your lifestyle, schedule and accessibility. No gym? No problem. We can create home workouts. No equipment? Don’t worry about it - we’ll suggest alternatives (such as filled water bottles) or bodyweight exercises for you to still start your journey in a way comfortable for you.
