This depends on your goals and your consistency… but most women see big shifts in energy, routine, body composition, and confidence. For us here at BKY Coaching, scale weight isn’t the be-all and end-all, but past clients have seen up to a 3-10kg drop - but we like to focus on what really matters, and that’s that you’ll leave the programme feeling more confident, happy in your own body and no longer afraid to look in the mirror.
If you show up and implement, the results will follow.

That’s what I’m here for. You’ll get help choosing the right plan based on your goals, time, and current fitness level. Whether you’re training at home or in the gym, we’ll get you set up with the right structure from day one (and if it’s not right - we’ll change it).

Yes! You’ll receive personalised nutrition guidance with a calorie and macro breakdown based on your goals and body, along with a week-by-week flexible meal plan with recipe suggestions you can follow if you’d like.
You’ll also get 200+ recipes to choose from in our in-app recipe books!
No boring meals or crash diets, just real, sustainable coaching that works with your lifestyle (and yes, you can still have a social life). -
While this is a group programme, you will get personalised coaching via WhatsApp check-ins, support inside the group chat and live “hot seat” coaching in our group calls. You won’t be lost in the crowd - I see you.
However if you’re looking for a much more hands-on 1:1 coaching approach to specifically work towards bigger goals / performance goals or race / struggle a lot more with nutrition (specifically with disordered views around food) then my Premium 1:1 coaching would probably suit you better - you can apply HERE. -
